Scope
This policy applies to Eden Group F.Z.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and covers the Services sold through Eden Cloud Services (ECS), Eden Drive, HyperDense API, and Eden Marketplace.
1. Eden Cloud Services (ECS)
1.1 Annual Subscriptions: ECS is sold as an annual subscription based on compressed storage, such as $5,000 per TB per year. Because customers receive immediate access to the service and pricing that differs from monthly structures, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
1.2 Unused Portion: If you cancel your ECS subscription before the end of the term, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period. You will continue to have access to your stored data until the original expiration date, after which your account may be suspended.
1.3 Service Outage or Material Breach: If we fail to provide the Service for more than seven consecutive days due to our fault, or if we materially breach our agreement with you, you may request a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the affected term. Requests are reviewed case by case.
2. Eden Drive
2.1 Pay-As-You-Go: Eden Drive is sold on a pay-as-you-go basis, such as $2 per GB compressed. Because you pay only for storage actually consumed, no refunds are issued for storage already used.
2.2 Prepaid Credits: If you purchase prepaid Eden Drive credits, they are non-refundable but do not expire and may be used at any later time.
2.3 Technical Issues: If you are unable to access stored files due to a verified technical error on our side, and we cannot resolve the issue within fourteen days, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your most recent payment. Any refund will be calculated using the storage already consumed.
3. HyperDense API
3.1 Prepaid API Credits: HyperDense API credits are sold in blocks, such as $1 per 1,000 operations. All API credit purchases are final and non-refundable because usage monitoring, processing capacity, and service readiness are provisioned immediately.
3.2 Unused Credits: If you decide to stop using the API, you will not receive a refund for any remaining credits. Credits do not expire, so we recommend starting with a smaller purchase if you are evaluating the service.
4. Eden Marketplace
4.1 Digital Products: Digital products, including templates, ebooks, software, and design assets, are generally non-refundable because they are delivered instantly upon purchase.
4.2 Exceptions: We may issue a refund at our sole discretion if the product is materially different from its description, the delivered file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement, or the product was never downloaded and we can verify that condition.
4.3 Marketplace Requests: To request a marketplace refund, contact us within seven days of purchase at support@edengroup.tech. Include your order number and a short explanation of the issue so we can review the request promptly.
5. General Provisions
- 5.1 No Refund for Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds because you changed your mind, found a cheaper alternative, or no longer need the Service.
- 5.2 Cancellation vs. Refund: You may cancel your account at any time, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
- 5.3 Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and pursue recovery of outstanding fees where permitted by law.
- 5.4 Suspension Grace Period: If your account is suspended for non-payment, we will retain your data for thirty days so you may restore access by paying the outstanding balance. After thirty days, stored data may be permanently deleted.

We will respond to refund requests within five business days.
7. Disputes
Any dispute arising from this Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, and resolved through binding arbitration in Ajman, UAE.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
